CLUB QUATTRO
This was the club that I went to yesterday !
Yesterday was a terrible mess !! I really freak out and disappointed ! Alot of my friend ffk me ! why ! tell me why !! haha!! overall need to accept his apologize as he really got something to do ! Need to do presentation ! forgive u ! my friend! haha!
then me and ling jie, han wei were busying searching for people to go club !
At the end, I manage to go with swee ling , han wei, elaine and patrick one of my primary school friend ! haha ! got 3 geng over there ! gg !
Fetch swee ling and han wei ! both of them very pretty that night ! then went to elaine condor fetch her then go to quattro ! hopefully it will be very fun ! Reach there around 11.00pm! seriously can see a lot of clubber man ! wearing tube with super shorts pants , deep v, low cut ! haha!! i only can said ! ham sap guy will have internal bleeding in their nose because they cannot stop from dropping ! TOO many sexy and gorgeous girl ! OK
Hanz introduce me to the birthday girl , cherry and friends as well ! and got to know one man who was a doctor namely Jason! awesome man ! haha! doctor came to club ! just joking !

the club was very small and full with girl ageing 21 to 30 ! omg ! old sluts and bitches were here! haha but I did saw a lot of b* all night long ! one of the disadvantages were the light got a bit of bright or basically I can see what other people doing ! It was not fun as I saw flirting , foreplay , touching ...sob ! at last ! just guess by yourself! V got booking early to v got a table upstair! autumn club got staircase ! But one problem they did not have a dance floor! so v only can dance at our own place! sien right!! I very damm sien !! haha !! my friend say cant dance with other guy so I going to be their victims ! haha ! lucky i got 3 group coming over to club quattro ! so I got 3 different table to go!! hahah!! first is upstairs table! then at the DJ floor i got 2 group and in different table ! me and ling and haz just going to different table and drank ! I was lucky I was not drunk! each table give me rock on the glass! black lable with coke ! of course cannot drank pure ! if not sure gg! one of the funny thing was I drank black label mix with Green tea!! haha! it really a weird taste!! haha ! first i intro my friend to my friend patrick and his guy friend! so the girl talk to the other guy each other ! I was left alone ! haha !! whatever la!! just introduce then my job was done!! I just keep looking around and still a lot of slut and bitches ! haih! almost 6 month didt go club ! however I feel one guy want to court my friend ling jie ! she definetely a pretty girl now ! or I can say a total makeover from her!! I wil show you guys the picture later ! he want to court my ling jie! haha he do not know ling jie was a smart girl already! and she going to be a airstewardess ! may be clubing can be be what type of person we want! just 1 night 4 hours only ! haha ! to avoid this guy ling jie was my gf at the moment !! and dance with her lor !then we chat something lor! just a general knowledge ! haha haih ! then elaine and hazz still knowing some guys ! ling jie battery almost full ! can see she tired and sien !1 hahah ! hanz and elaine still full of battery ! then after we stay enough long at patrick table , we change to elaine table ! same thing! drank again !!! haha !! dance again !! saw b* whatever again !! then we go up find the birthday girl ! cherry ! same .. drank again ! almost want drunk ! luckily hanz and ling jie help me to drink! pai seh ! hehe ! I driving ma! they want to reach home safely ! haha ! but I saw one disgusting la!! girls out there ! whenever or whoever you go club please please do not get yourself drunk ! I saw this girl I met her first time , SARAH ! bf was jermanish ! and she drunk like nobody businesss !! tonight sure the job will be done !! haha JERMAN !! but my friend say she was easy come easy go ! somemore ask me go court her !! sob ! really

The Non - Phenomenon ! IT SHOULD BE !
Today I totally a not a good day for me!! haha why ???
Because I have been investigated by 3 girls Peggy , Cindy , Stephie !!

Just want to say thanks for all of you all concern !! but I really in the group or rather non-couples out there in exclusive relationship ...

Well it's basically two people who are dating only each other but are not going out and not each other's boyfriend or girlfriend and claim to be single! hehe !! I definitely was that type of person !! So not a lot of people can accept me !!
WHY ??? Typically it would be a boy and girl who for whatever reason find that they are attracted to another boy or girl. But for reasons unknown or known to them they are scared and hesitant about getting into a proper relationship.
So when I start hanging out with her and when you ask me if it's a date I say "NO" we're jus friends. I realise that expectation will increase and the relationship is doomed after the label is given !! so be friend with her is a lot of benefit !! who she is what her name ! is not important !! hehe
I might not ready for another relationship as I just don't want to be responsible for another person's happiness ! I might give my soul to her if I couple again !! haha just scare cannot control myself !! Is better to isolate from her ! or not !! Previous experience make me suffer like hell man !! Gone through a lot of healing process haha!! I just a idiot afterall !! So now I only concentrate on study and playing mostly !!
I always go out with different girl and tell everyone I single and sometimes I grudgingly admit I am dating "someone" but more often than not I deny it !! hehe This is because may be I want to keep my options open. open to whom I say ?? I am protecting myself from being hurt taking things very slowly after learning from past relationships not wanting to share not wanting responsibility !!! I am doing it in my way ! SO I admit I do have a great non-relatioshipwith a lot of people ! I am in denial and it just takes some time before me and another person succumb to being in a real relationship !! My college Life + My unknown gf + my mommy
Today is my second day of college !! hmm life considering bored and some unknown factors made me feel annoyed ! whatever is it I can bet is not a good thing! College days really make me feel not feel like going ! I haven been working non stop since I finished my internship !! Work work work ! what the hell I work so hard ! for what ?
Really ???!! whatever ! the S factory really a suck company !! however melissa was quite a nice person to talk with ! 60 days to give out a cheque ! go fuck yourself!! wont work with them anymore unless!! SAM LEE dont have job to do ! It's was my Life

Then need to rush to centre point because today I date with bell and jacwin ... ermmm just a simple gathering at centrepoint McD !! hehe It was my second home last time !! hehe ! went back It did brought me good memory of me , elaine, wai kit, carmen, jackie !! studied together untill late night !! of course was burn midnight oil when the exam around the corner !! haha! okies , talked about bell and jacwin !! jacwin I knew him through Sion my best buddy ! jacwin was a nice person and cool guy !! but .... Bell was my first time met up with her !! date them both because so conincident they knew each other ! sometimes I did felt the world were so small !! everyone was seem to know each other !! hmmm !! Whatever and whoever , I just don't care !! chatting with bell and jacwin really bring my mood good !! both of them were nice person !Bell told me her past experience and share to us as a lesson !! she really a good girl ooh !! Halloween !! ok first thing need to say sorry to chun wai !! because only 4pm got halloween others movie was either 7pm or 9pm!! we did not have a choice !!! but see chee suppose confess her phobia of watching horror movie then may be chun wai could accompany her to watch Mamma Mia !! hopefully you will be ok ya see chee !! chill and cool ! basically halloween was meant to a physiatric patients who made massive killing without a reason !! the blood and cruelest of the actor was really real !!
Today Mood is okies !! Past few week !! eventhough bad omen and bad feeling come to me ! I believe always optimistic and move on would make everything back to the place that used to be !! Don't know what to say to myself!! after watch the thin line drama!! really give me an unpleasant feeling that i really don't like ! sometime we hope that the bad thing does not fall on us as we are so so bloody good and goddess !! but we must experience the fall and also need to learn how to rise up!
The thin line drama each episod i watch i will feel really depressed!! it let me recall back what i have been doing for the past few years back ! the character named "mei qi" in the drama !! it really show how sy was like . It really let me knew that i really did not understand her. I feel so so stupid as I still swear to god I understand her very much !
Is the fact that mei qi was a rich girl or born in silver spoon ! Her parents too pamper her untill she become stubborn and do not care what other people think about it!! hoho !! super super alike !! what i can said !! and the other character yao guo is like me ! no exactly me but 60% i think !! haha !!
So what am I writing now ! i really don't know !! start missing lee chai ann edi!! haih!! go so far!! and only can see her next year ! that means cannot celebrate christmas , new year eve, chinese new year, valentive day, wesak day, my birthday !! haih!!!!!!!................. really sien !! going to be alone soon! each of my friend already big boy and big girl .. some got gf some got bf!! so is better i dont become one of their spotlight!!

1st day in CATERING SALES
Today my 1st day in catering sales!!
The thing the trainee won't do! is punctuality ! the first date of my new department I late!

Catering sales ! first as i know I going to assist sebastian who are the catering sales manager ! and miss audrey going to teach me how was it to be done ! and i get to know puan aslam , madam rose , encik anuar , encik fauzi , miss zairanah , and the director of catering sales Mr. Indran !!
1st day! quite confuse + complicated !! a lot of paper work to do ! and need to remember a lot of thing! follow up customer or whatever thing !!! many memorization! but u work long enough ! u will be able to tell what is true and what is false !!
So first day they very nice compare to my previous boss!! haha mr.panda!
they try to be friendly ! first day i do all the light job!!
Sometimes, i dunno whether i lucky or bad lucky! each time i went to department , the staff sure went away and i going to replace the staff and make me a lot of burden! assist manager !! haih ! example! first day of training! i go to meeting with the catering sales manager along with banquet , chef , audio visual , artist , florist , account!

MISSION IMPPOSIBLE
Yesterday story !!! why i said so!! why!!! do you know why! !
I need to finish up 2 days newspapar clipping !! that means need to read 28 newspaper of include of english and chinese!! and then file it into files!!!
Besides, I need to inform the artist to attend a dinner at 12 august at Legend College!! sob!!
No yet finish! I need to finish 35 sets of releases and cover letter!! which were , di atas brasserie , berisi lounge , museum , gen !!! sob!! need to photocopy and paste!!
Who the hell going to helpppp!!! me !!!
ok !! let see how i accomplish my mission ! I will make the impposible thing become possible! I believe in self commitment ! V can make it faster and correctly !

after lunch! 2pm i cont my work cuz VMD now got lot of work to do!
3pm! ok - I started to teach wang and wesley the step and the procedure ! I hope i manager to make them understand what the panda need ! !
4pm - need to rush my 35 sets of release and cover letter!! i so F***** concentrated till told wang do not disturb me!! because i want to finish it be4 6pm!!
finally I able to finish it!! haha ! thanks god! Is really a unbelievable experience for me !! because THIS SUPPOSE TO BE A 4 OR 5 DAYS WORK !! I ABLE TO FINISH IN 2 HOURS!!! MAY BE BECAUSE OF FAMILIARIZATION!! HAHAHHAA
Really proud to myself! cannot think I finins! but however! I feel my right hand is weaken!1 or can said i cant hold anything on my right hand!! it really like handicaped ppl edi!! very very no strength!
1 more thing - i feel sorry for my brother ! sia chong seng! sory ya!! haha!! haha! dun get mad!! chill ! and cool! alwiz be my best bro!!!

30 days in Public Relations!!! Nightmare of mine!!
gosh!!! is 30th edi!! omg!!! so fast!!! time flew like a "tik" from my finger!! haih!!!
In PR department!!! make me stress a lot but it did make me learn a lot of thing!! since i was the PR assistant !! so i need to master a lot of thing!!! It not that really cool to work under panda policy!! SOP is fucking a lot! make ppl crazy like hell!!
oK!! let me think!!! for the past 30 days !! i done a lot of thing!!! like see for example!! Father's day celebration at lobby of hotel !! is a competition of cake decoration between fathers!!! i incharge for taking photo of this event!!! and when the event finish!! got 1 customer want his photo!! so i incharge of sending this letter to this customer!! as your info!! the hotel dun have format or never try to send a photo to customer be4!!! gosh!! i need to think by myself!!!! haha!!!! very easy!!! lucky i learn how to write formal letter at taylor's college!!! hehe!! ( helping taylor's to promote!!!) even though is wrong !! quite happy cuz evthing is done by me!!!
Beside that!!! i also follow andrew be4 for taking a photoshooting of indian food!!! forgot the name edi but is a great exp!!! evthing is fake!! futhermore, the panda also invited professional photograher to shoot our menu and flyers !! i was amazed by the equipment that they use!!! really unbelieveable!!! i really happy to see that evthing in the picture is fake!! or can say being touch up but not know by ev1!! such a pity to the consumer who eat at there!!! haha!!!
I also incharge to become the photographer of the menteri of belia sukan and the royalty of Negeri Sembilan!!! minister of sports is a so so thing!! the most amazing thing is royalty!! i manage to see the king not more than 100 m!! is very very close!!! haha!! amazing to become a low class photographer even i dunno what the hack i doing !!! too many photographer and video camera all over the lobby and around hotel!!!
As a Pr assistant !!! I do need a lot of thing beside newspaper clipping!! Total got 15 papers but i only read 10 papers!!! I need to focus on hotel line , airlines, cruises , and tourism news!!! after that cut and paste lor !!! then need to paste it on the wall for our hotel news and also need to do filing!! hmm!!! the file got lots!! such as!!! " internal , Competitor, general , magazine, forms, general correspondent, morning briefing , quotation , F & B, newsletter , arts, purchase requisition, releases, Acknowledgment, and whatever the file i forgot!!! each file differently of course !! need to memorize!!
whenever F & B ppl give me Pr form! i need to chop ev sheet of them!!! red sheet give back to F & B , the white and blue give panda sign and then give to VMD department meaning!! designer department!! yet!! whenever i raise a PR form! if havent job done!!! i let gm sign first ,then panda after that give to purchasing department!!! if it is job done!! same thing give gm, panda , financial controller and lastly purchasing!! and i only can give to purchasing ev morning 10.30am only!!! thats their manager policy i think!! so babai!!!
beside I also incharge of finding charity organisation to our hotel!!! i finally know calling ppl to send something to u will take a long time!! other than that!! the hotel releases like vietnamese food promotion is write by me and other releases like cake and forgot liao also done by me!! i need to know how to fold and paste it to the envelope, i also do releases like write about the new band that coming to our hotel!!!

The "Stylish" Enormous Panda Mngr
OKie!!! it was such a long time i didt write blog edi!! erm the second week i edi work for 7days!!!!
Let me flash back what happen for the 14days of work in PR.
As I remember , the first thing, I need to do was cut newspaper !! around 8 to 10 papers i had to cut!!! after that need to prepare cover letter and release for magazine for 15 publishers and date line was every month before 15 and for newspaper , it had 20 publishers and need to send out be4 23 every month!!
For the 14 days, I experience the toughness of PR assistant work!! It really a lot of work to do !! and it can't be finish!!
beside , I also incharge of finding 1o charity organisation!! during Hari Raya Rambatan our hotel might invite them to come over!!
yea!!! i also learn how to handle PR form!!! purchase requisition form!! need to send to who , send to which department!!!
1 bad thing is the panda is crazy, he overwhelmed by power or can say he hungry of moppiing the shoes to become white and shinning sparkling!! loves to show his power!!! scold the wrong ppl!!! 1 work his sucks in MC!!!!!

IN Public Relation department
Okie!!! finally i edi at Pr department!! for the last 2 days ! what i need to do was newspaper cutting and filing!!!! gosh!! my mother god!!! damm dulan and damm sien!! quite miss the day in fo edi!!! haih
In pr get to know new collegue , like mohammad , wang , andrew and others lor!!
So now edi miss fo life!!! the life there is really dull and tiring need to go back at 6pm sien!!!!
nothing to write edi!! but will write something for all the world employees!!
1. Employment letter stated that working hour finish at 6.00 pm.
2. Work is never-ending process even you stay until next morning you will never
finish it.
3. Human are not robots even robots / machines have to rest or else it will facing
breakdown problems.
4. You love your career , but your family is even more important in your life.
5. If you failed in your life, you boss is not going to be the one who gives you a
helping hand whereas your family would definitely offer help.
6. You do not want to screw up or make your life miserable because of your job.
7. Monthly salary = work from 9.00am - 6.00 pm
If 6.30pm = $ 0.00 + 0 Bonus + 0 Ang pau + 0 Apreciation + bad health + bad social life + poor family relationship
Equal to : Unproductive employee + Performance drop + Company reputation drops + Retrenchment rate increases + Resignation rate increases
8. If the person who disagree to the above formulation,we think he/she is a loser who has no life, heartless, doomed workaholic, etc . He/ she deserves the " Best Employee Of The Year Award"

Sucks day

ok what yesterday or last few days happen , I almost can remember it much!! sien dulan!!! want to write but alwiz forgot to write or lazy to write!!! haih!! so hope can got a machine like sensor my sound , then write it out itself!!! yest quite a bad day!! cuz i was taught by the CEO , housekeeping and room service!!! Ceo , fcuk me cuz i didt clear the breakfast !!! mcb!!! not my fault , me and diana edi tell steward to come at 11.30am cuz the owner came to have his breakfast at 11am, mcb!! scream at me laugh for fck!!! mcb!! sei fei po!! nvm juz put in it my mind! next time must call the mother fcuk stupid steward ppl to come on time!! sien!!! walk slow , clear also slow!!! then something wrong with the room 1218 and 1219
one of the staff , kersevan, collected Rm1500 depo from the guest while this guest is fully paid by his friend Rm 756.oo nett yest!!! so meesssy !! make diana so frustrated and in bad mood 1!! she thought it was izhar and emran fault!! phew lucky legend crest staff didt did any wrong thing!! cool!1 i go 1218 check whether the room is occupied!!! great !!! nothing is ppl stay at there!!
cool, when i was on my way to have my lunch suddenly!!! saw the datuk!!! i suppose to escort him to room cuz diana told me be4!! then i faster turn back and run back to the lounge!! haha!!! lucky i was there to help diana to escort him!!! escort nvm lor!! got benefits haha!!! i got RM5 tips!! hehe!!! cool man!! after that juz chill and go eat !!! then I go have lunch and buy a japanese version of coca cola !!! hehe!!!

Memorable , Fascinating , Interesting
Quite long time i did't write my blog edi!!! Here sure got something i wolud like to write on and share about!!!
First thing What i remember was Mr.Asad gave me Rm100 tips !!! + other tips i think i got Rm130 gua!!! hehe!!! quite a good thing happen to me!!! later on is Miss monica , she is mr.taimur right hand woman!!! she represent the asian!!! quite a big position she have!! hehe f*ck!!! damm Fu*k!!! dulan !! i really forgot what i want to write edi!! got plenty of things wanna write and split it out!!! sien!!
most memorable is me and my executive , diana v check 25rooms in 1 hour 30 min times!!! is reallly an unforgettable experience!!! i think i really get some knowledge over here!!! staff here is OK and friendly to me since i was trainee!!!
the time with diana was such a rush!! as she mention this guest is tourism malaysian board ppl coming in!!! that why we have to make sure the 100% ok and evthing is perfect to them!! hotel business is depend on them!!! I check the 25 bathroom make sure evthing is ok and 1 thing must make sure is NO FU*KCing hair inside the bathroom however i check 99% of room got hair!!! wtf the housekeeping ppl doin!!! gth la ask them!!! safety box have to check as customer normally hand dunno what happen!!! must touch and make it lock!! I saw different types or room and quite understand what the hotel do for business and my exe also told me some tips whenever i stay at hotel!! haha!! later on some weird things happen to me and exe!!! whenever we wannna go to the floor to check the room!! the lift will automatically press the floor number!!! gosh!!! sob!!! really got ghost meh!!! sien!! better let me see u be4 i kill u!!! haha
Others day I rememeber I with Mr.Ravi , legend worldwide manager!!! really a cool guy!!! speakable person who can make u satisficed!!! superb fun and enjoyable i able to see 2 apartment bedroom !!! really a lucky guy!!!
consider lucky!! hold on first!! hehe , My executive , diana also treat me KFC the day after 2morow !!! such a luckable day!! haih really a remarkable day for me!!!
Working there is really quite fun and can say is win win situation!! even no money was paid!! but my executive still treat me many things and belanja me lots!!! then muhu also treat me mcd 2morow later on!! 2 days being treat by ppl!!! really want tothanks to all of them!! really like sister and brother who are teaching me and i hope i can make them understand i really appreciate them whatever they done!!

the time with diana was such a rush!! as she mention this guest is tourism malaysian board ppl coming in!!! that why we have to make sure the 100% ok and evthing is perfect to them!! hotel business is depend on them!!! I check the 25 bathroom make sure evthing is ok and 1 thing must make sure is NO FU*KCing hair inside the bathroom however i check 99% of room got hair!!! wtf the housekeeping ppl doin!!! gth la ask them!!! safety box have to check as customer normally hand dunno what happen!!! must touch and make it lock!! I saw different types or room and quite understand what the hotel do for business and my exe also told me some tips whenever i stay at hotel!! haha!! later on some weird things happen to me and exe!!! whenever we wannna go to the floor to check the room!! the lift will automatically press the floor number!!! gosh!!! sob!!! really got ghost meh!!! sien!! better let me see u be4 i kill u!!! haha
Others day I rememeber I with Mr.Ravi , legend worldwide manager!!! really a cool guy!!! speakable person who can make u satisficed!!! superb fun and enjoyable i able to see 2 apartment bedroom !!! really a lucky guy!!!

ENLIGHTED DAY
Today is a special day to me!! 2 days ago !! i met our hotel guest , Miss Monika from japan but born in taiwan!!! I bring her to buy the reload card cuz she dunno where to buy and never use malaysian handphone be4!!! alright that the little part with miss Monika !!!
Today Miss Monika introduce me her brother !!! Mr. Tom chang!! U guys wont believe what he told me later on!!!
Firstly , he asked me how old am i!! then he start talking to me!!! He say when i turn 30 years old , i will serious in work and will sucecess!!! beside i got lot of good fate with people and worker!! he say finding a job for me is not a problem!!! then he also said i got a of love fate!!! lots of girl will look for me even i not looking for them!! haha not all la but got some!! hehe
This uncle really enlighted me!! beside i think he know how to see the fate of people!!! he also told me to read a book call president but got lion heart!! author is yang chang shou!! taiwan famous hotelier!!!

3 incident and my lucky day
alright!!! blogs!! write again since i got time! hmm!! let see!! got 3 incident i would love to write about!!!
1st incident :
A woman , from govertment servant, suddenly pull out the door!!1 and request to see our hotel manager!! my GSE , was polited ask her what wrong and what the matter , she said : i do not want to talk to u!!wakau damm rude and really cant stand on her!! my GSE said wait a moment and she got the am on duty !! lucky she saw our f/o manager !! she talk so fucking loud and request my f/o to give her the room free orelse she will bring it to tribal court!! my manager only told her only can rebate for u !! nothing else v can do!! u 1 to sue then sue lor!! she complains : the iron and iron board cannot be use!! , call the operator and she is rude and dunno put through her where , need to wait very long!! lot of stupid complain!! worst thing is she anger at me said!! what is this hotel is it 5 star of what!! and if i cannot get my flight at 3pm u hotel kenna from me!!! worst thing was yesterday staff did not done their job!! now my GSE and bang Izhar cannot find the regs card cuz v need to tear off the pre-auth slip in front of guess!!! bang Izhar told her i promise i will tear off the paper and wont let it charge!! the lady is fucking angry and my GSE told me may be she come PMS !! means period!!! haha!!! wtf overall this lady is hard to serve!!! another am told us that v cannot give her free stay if not this case going to happen over and over again!!!
Incident 2 :
3 european guys come to our hotel with a happy feeling , one of them had came to malaysia few year ago and they stay at junior suite room due to our hotel is fullly book and no choice to upgrade their room with the same price!! so when they come in!! of course v are in low season!! room for executive still available so v will let them stay at the executive room!!! however later on , they complaint a lot of thing , this cannot that cannot!! make my GSE pissed off!!haha!! she is a executive really must know how to take responsibility and power!! she explain to the europeans ppl that!! sir when u check in on last year our hotel occupancy is high leave us no choice but upgrade ur room!! today v are running in low occupancy so sir if u want ur room face the kl view v can upgrade ur room to junior suite which is Rm 600++ different with the room u book which are exucutive room 400++!!
haha! sure they dont 1 !! so they will accept it whatever! my GSE infrom us !! this 3 matselleh want anything juz give them!!! she dun 1 serve them and if they dare complaint they gg!!! haha
Incident 3 :
2 singaporeans come to check in today!!! Suddenly , they want to check up on the day they check in and they are rushing back to singapore!! they call Mas operator , they told them air ticket was fully book!! they do not believe it!!! they will go to the KLIA and found out themself !!! So , they told diana to hold their room first , incase they cant take the plane , they will come back and stay!! Diana told them , I only can hold the room untill 7pm cuz be4 7pm i can charge u half day!!! over 7pm i have to charge u full day!! the customer say no a problem!! diana is damm pity !! suppose to go back at 5pm de cuz of this customer need to wait till 7pm!! cham!! i dun care la !!1 go back at 5 pm then ciaoz! is quite cool to let me see 3 incident with my open eyes!!! hehe quite a good experience
My lucky day !! was I was given a chance to standby at the hotel lobby to escort the prime minister to the ballroom! diana took me to go there!!! and standby!!! muahahaa!!! i really a lucky boy!!! diana also told me that!! Pm come to our hotel really like a king coming!!! red carpet!!! security damm lots!!! reporters and cameraman are standing by!!! geng!!!really want to thanks to diana.. she the 1 who teach me evthing and learn evthing!! THANKS YOU DIANA JAY

2 days blogs , conflict , relationship , maturity , patientcy
Yesterday, what I could remember was after I reach the legend crest and I work no more than 1 hour , start fighting edi , the guest who juz pull out the door and screamed said : can i speak to your manager!!!
unbelieveable , my guest service executive also cannot earn respect from her!!! juz push my GSE to get the people who incharge to solve this complaint!! finally diana found our F/o manager , Mr. shamreen!! He took over this problem and understand that what has going wrong with this customer! actually , her complaint is about the room is sucks , no hot water , fruit basket did not receive the 5 star service while she stayed at executive room , iron and iron board got problem and bath room got problem!! operator staff is rude!!! i dunno how our f/o manager handle it but i still think the legend hotel is lack of staff and is efficiency is low!!! !!
overall this dramatic type is the most fascinating thing you can see in the hotel evday!!! thursday I cant go to conceirge as they have too many staff already and diana will arrange me back to Legend Crest!!
hehe later diana teach me to do posting and do balancing!!! balacing is v need to print out a paper that contain the whole day cash flow and credit card sales and then v need to balance with other paper to make sure it is deli!!! when do posting , we will put the money into remuitable of funds envelope and v need to use stalumtape as v do not want anybody to change our money !!! I think i learn all of it for wednesday !!!
haih!!! today is wed feel like waanna go watch movie de!!!! when i wanna go back !!! rain cats and dogs , diana ask me to wait awhile be4 go back as I don't have umbrella!!
OK now the worst part in my life appear edi!!! KTM the fucking cheapest transportation and 2 station only that could reach my house took approximately 10 min to reach kepong , however i end 2 hours only can reach kepong!! from 5.30- 7.30 !! dulan like shit !!!
nvm once go back i ask my younger brother to accompany me to go swimming !! v swam for few round then get up and ciaoz!!! Feel sohai edi this few days always go jeff house after dinner!!! I should stay with my mom and talk to her!!! cham going to be gay with him edi!!! fuck up!!!
Alright now is talking about thursday !!! evthing seem nothing happen!! woke up early and go market to buy some breakfast to eat!!! after that lucky mom fetch me go there!!! so i save up 15 min time to walk to Ktm ! yesterday reach liao guest is so little !! Not that much !!
lunch i ate pizza hut with muhu!! he really a experience guy that i can learn something from him for sure!! i just eager to learn and always ask question!!! after lunch i go conceirge , I spend my time around 30 min to learn something!!! it did!!! i did learn somthing!!! overall nothing special!!
today went back 2gether with diana!! after that , keeen sms me whether want to go clubbing!1 haah sorry no mood la!! and worst part i fucking have to wait for the train for 1hours edi piss off!!! 2 days like that dulan like shit!!1 keen somemore want to gek me!! sob sob!1 nvm is not his fault btw!! i edi became smart!! i gamble wit god!! i took seremban train to kl central to wait the train to come!! haha finally I won over the god!!
so , I glad i able to write to 2days blog in once time , may be i less something important part to write !! but nvm!! try to remember as much as i could cuz sometime recall thing is not an easy thing!!!

A day of bored and blur!!! (",)
Today woke up at 8.30am , like usual time , lazy to wake up!! go market , saw swee ling and going to plan to watch love movie with her!!! only she can accompany!!! guys cannot count on!!! ling jie always my best friend !!!
reach home, watch tai ji drama again haha!! made a promise to myself edi , did not want to be late again to legend!! feel paiseh cuz evtime i almost reach there 5 min earlier when suppose to be there 15 min earlier!!! haih cham!!!
today i go to operator 1st!!! see what they have finally let me get the hotel list tel list!!! haha almost can get ev ppl position!!! 2morow may be i will go operator to see what thing i can do!! hehe !!! overall nothing i do at operator!!! cuz was waste my fucking time overthere doin nothing !!! waste time!!
after that , take my lunch at cafeteria!! saw muhu and chat with him awhile , and now i only know cruise life is not that easy to cope with!!! haih!!! suppose to plan a trip with ann, my bro cum my sis!!! dunno leh !!! heard ,muhu said abit feel like dun1 to work at cruise anymore!!!

Time is 12:54am when i wrote this blog about yesterday what going on!!! haih!! as far as i remembered i still manage to flash back what was going on!!
Woke up at 8.30am , had breakfast with sion then went ktm by walking!! fucking hot and i always fucking late to there!! dulan edi and frustrated!!! I hope no more late to work anymore , even is my training!!! gosh!!!
ok , worst was i forgot to bring my locker key!!! cb!! i damm blur as doreen say me!! sien!!!! again make my tampered went high like a torpedo !!
later on , go operator department!! suppose I want to know what is going on overthere and see what kind of job they do!!! any speciality ?
answer is hell no!!! as far as i knew , the computer system called PABX control all the hotel systen like pc , internet , conncetion , call !!!!
beside they also have 1 machine that record data how many and what customer is calling about !!!! neither than that , they also used a pc as calling data , what ever call come in or come out will record on their system!!
other than that is operator job is just take phone call and transfer called to various department that required by the hotel guest!!!! operator and call center almost the same job!! but call centre main priority was to solve complaint!!! so whatever or so called don't care what fuck u 1 complaint , just go there!!
kak also told me that v also need to help receiption to fill up the guest profile!!! so need a lot of knowledge and also smartness!!! hehe!!! beside , they also have pager for each manager or postion which is high , where easy for the operator to contact them!! and also they need to write the breakfast voucher for the guest and write on a guest card and put voucher according the number of night and number of pax.

Today was my last day!!! again!!! cb!! i late again due to ktm today is delayed!! sien!!! went there saw kak wahidah busy serving the price of oman!! hehe today again i able to serve him!! quite a honour even he was low profile!!! 15 days he had to pay up to Rm 40000!! unbelieveable!!! fucking rich!!
later on bang izahar came edi!! chit chat with him and share some businesss minded opionion!!! haha!!!! wadafak v talking about is P&C!!! knew the staff at legend crest make me know how the operations runs!!! quite impressing !! politic of the company , among workers!!! damm lots!!! legend hotel curreny lack of staff!!! making ev department is headache and stresS!!! today i again try the food for the customer !!!eat untill i dont have appetite!!! quite sien and dulan !!! 5pm i go break!!! i dunno where i should go
Walk down and up finally sit down at cafe!!! drink milo!!! rest around 35 min!! then i go back to legend crest to speak up with band izahar!! hehe!!!
izahar told me that v need to be humbe and low profile!!! do not be arrogant or something else that make ppl hate u!! try to make ev1 of ur friend love and like u!! think some way!!!

My Fourth day in legend crest
Yesterday was my fourth day!!! gosh !!holymama!! i got there at 11.55pm !!! damm shit!! really bored of doing my internship!!! quit or not! haha!!! sien!!!
erm!!! yest diana and me just chit chat overthere! no customer at all!!! sien!!! then late afternoon diana bring me to go visit executive room and junior suite room!! each room is big and nice!! executive deluxe room got 3 tv ! cant believe rite!! hahaha!! damm rich the people who staying here!!
erm... I didt rest yesterday cuz i want to wait till go back then have dinner at home!! after that , diana called me and ask me come to reception , cuz she wanted to show me !! the room that i asked : tokapi and marilyn mooroe penthouse!!! hehe
Is marvellous and spectacular!! the room i view in pc is nice like shit!! tokapi style is arabian and carrabien style , marilyn mooroe more to her picture all over the penthouse!! hehe!!
while diana and me was viewing the room , the reception staff get scolded by the guest!! he was so fucking stupid !!! diana was beside , he don't want to ask !!! he settle himself !!! cuz he dunno what the guest want and he dunno how to answer the guest!!! icident was like this!! legend crest customer promotion rate is Rm220 , now the guest got 80% disc voucher!!! the guest ask him disc 80% means I only paid Rm44 , but the staff said no no , you need to pay Rm120+... the guest ask him how you calculate the Rm120!!! haha!!! he blur for so long!!! then only figure out that guest who had voucher cannot use the promotion rate but must use the publish rate or called rack rate Rm600 , 80% then will become Rm120!!!! such a stupid ppl and happy to see this icident happen.
8.30Pm reach home , ate my dinner then go watch movie with sion and his parents!!! Iron man movie is just so so!! not much of interesting!!! hehe!!! after that v go yam cha!! yesterday I receive an unpredictable sms!!!! sy sms me said happy belated birthday!! unbelieveable!!! ya she fine now , glad to hear she ok and happy!! for me same too!! single also best !! haha!!! couple too many thing to think liao!!!

MY THIRD DAY IN LEGEND CREST
Yesterday was my third day!!! erm!!! damm shit!!! i late for 15 min!!! i feel sorry about it!!! later on diana told me it was ok!! she remind me to remember to come 15 min earlier next time!!!
later on , diana bring me to the executive lounge !! Guest service officer is damm cham!!! they need to do housekeeping!!! inside the room got internet , minibar , sofa , and corridor . for the toilet they have bath tub , shower !!! every lucky to have a chance to see the executive lounge!!! hehe!!!! the sad part was v need to do the room inspection!!! like housekeeper when the seasoon is very very busy!!!
later on , again today v do nothing !!! no customer !! they told me whole morning only got 1 customer came !! cham!! i came to work in the low season!!! after tat !!! i go eat alone at the mall restaurant!! I ate claypot chicken rice!!! cham sian!!!!
be4 i went back diana give me some information about the front office !!! she really nice!! after tat kak wahidah taught me how to setup a cocktail hours!!!! need to put 4 bb plate and tong then need to put hanger. TOday i gotto learn man!!! hehe!!!

SUNDAY WITH NEW BORN SISTER
ermmm... today promise with my sis : a.k.a christina yee to go sing k and watch movie.. woke up at 7am.. then didt eat breakfast cuz thought can eat at neways there!!! then 9am morning call to my sis!! sound like dead cropse !! " Wei!!.... ar ...ar ... hmm...hmm..." tat wat my sis answer me!! haha .... dunno really woke up or not!! since i heard so many ar and hmm then believe lla!!! 10am my sis call me!! haha !! feel not rite!!! got bad feeling about it!!! still she answer " gor , can don't go sing k go watch movie !! haha i know it!!! tat girl too tired jo!! so nvm lor !! just watch movie!! i ask my friend go with me to buy ticket be4 is too late!! i want to buy middle seat!!! ppl is so crazy !! i reach there 11.30am!! no more seat edi !! i dun like so front to see!!! oni 1 choice!! last 2 places for couple seat! damm geng !! couple seat also last 2 left!!! watever lor ,,... buy it la!! then wait my friend finis eat their branch then i fetch them back and go home!!! damm tired actually!!
after bath , straight go ridzuan find my sis!! after v go watch the movie!!! talk crap with her on car !!! so funny and cute la sis !!! afer movie , go sunway !!! when v want go back is rain cats and dogs.. dunno how to go back!!! more important is !! sis go buy umbrella!! 1 is teddy bear yellowish colour and 1 is cinderella bluelish colour! and is so small!!! deng1!!! wet la if like tat!! but v want to go find our car!! something happen to us!!! damm funny!!!! muahaha !!! want to laugh at u only sis!!!
cuz she need buy something from a seller!!!! after that v go eat dunno wat ramen restaurant !!! hehe!!! tat time i feel my body is numb and exhausted!! dunno y!!!! then eat half way stomach pain!! wtf!!! haih!! later on fetch sis go back!!! today is a nice dayto let me know more about my sis!!! love wat she is now!! dun change tat!!! gambateh!!!!
