30 days in Public Relations!!! Nightmare of mine!!

gosh!!! is 30th edi!! omg!!! so fast!!! time flew like a "tik" from my finger!! haih!!!

In PR department!!! make me stress a lot but it did make me learn a lot of thing!! since i was the PR assistant !! so i need to master a lot of thing!!! It not that really cool to work under panda policy!! SOP is fucking a lot! make ppl crazy like hell!!

oK!! let me think!!! for the past 30 days !! i done a lot of thing!!! like see for example!! Father's day celebration at lobby of hotel !! is a competition of cake decoration between fathers!!! i incharge for taking photo of this event!!! and when the event finish!! got 1 customer want his photo!! so i incharge of sending this letter to this customer!! as your info!! the hotel dun have format or never try to send a photo to customer be4!!! gosh!! i need to think by myself!!!! haha!!!! very easy!!! lucky i learn how to write formal letter at taylor's college!!! hehe!! ( helping taylor's to promote!!!) even though is wrong !! quite happy cuz evthing is done by me!!!

Beside that!!! i also follow andrew be4 for taking a photoshooting of indian food!!! forgot the name edi but is a great exp!!! evthing is fake!! futhermore, the panda also invited professional photograher to shoot our menu and flyers !! i was amazed by the equipment that they use!!! really unbelieveable!!! i really happy to see that evthing in the picture is fake!! or can say being touch up but not know by ev1!! such a pity to the consumer who eat at there!!! haha!!!

I also incharge to become the photographer of the menteri of belia sukan and the royalty of Negeri Sembilan!!! minister of sports is a so so thing!! the most amazing thing is royalty!! i manage to see the king not more than 100 m!! is very very close!!! haha!! amazing to become a low class photographer even i dunno what the hack i doing !!! too many photographer and video camera all over the lobby and around hotel!!!

As a Pr assistant !!! I do need a lot of thing beside newspaper clipping!! Total got 15 papers but i only read 10 papers!!! I need to focus on hotel line , airlines, cruises , and tourism news!!! after that cut and paste lor !!! then need to paste it on the wall for our hotel news and also need to do filing!! hmm!!! the file got lots!! such as!!! " internal , Competitor, general , magazine, forms, general correspondent, morning briefing , quotation , F & B, newsletter , arts, purchase requisition, releases, Acknowledgment, and whatever the file i forgot!!! each file differently of course !! need to memorize!!

whenever F & B ppl give me Pr form! i need to chop ev sheet of them!!! red sheet give back to F & B , the white and blue give panda sign and then give to VMD department meaning!! designer department!! yet!! whenever i raise a PR form! if havent job done!!! i let gm sign first ,then panda after that give to purchasing department!!! if it is job done!! same thing give gm, panda , financial controller and lastly purchasing!! and i only can give to purchasing ev morning 10.30am only!!! thats their manager policy i think!! so babai!!!

beside I also incharge of finding charity organisation to our hotel!!! i finally know calling ppl to send something to u will take a long time!! other than that!! the hotel releases like vietnamese food promotion is write by me and other releases like cake and forgot liao also done by me!! i need to know how to fold and paste it to the envelope, i also do releases like write about the new band that coming to our hotel!!!

I also one of the office boy!!! cuz need to send a lot of document to ev department!! hehe !!! saturday alternative off and department attendance also need to be done by me!!!! so I dun I a Pr traineee but a Pr assistant!! overall lot of thing happen in PR department!!! i hope i can recall it back then i will rewrite again!!! all the best to all my friend who are study or training!!! gambateh!!! love u all

The "Stylish" Enormous Panda Mngr

OKie!!! it was such a long time i didt write blog edi!! erm the second week i edi work for 7days!!!!

Let me flash back what happen for the 14days of work in PR.

As I remember , the first thing, I need to do was cut newspaper !! around 8 to 10 papers i had to cut!!! after that need to prepare cover letter and release for magazine for 15 publishers and date line was every month before 15 and for newspaper , it had 20 publishers and need to send out be4 23 every month!!

For the 14 days, I experience the toughness of PR assistant work!! It really a lot of work to do !! and it can't be finish!!

beside , I also incharge of finding 1o charity organisation!! during Hari Raya Rambatan our hotel might invite them to come over!!

yea!!! i also learn how to handle PR form!!! purchase requisition form!! need to send to who , send to which department!!!

1 bad thing is the panda is crazy, he overwhelmed by power or can say he hungry of moppiing the shoes to become white and shinning sparkling!! loves to show his power!!! scold the wrong ppl!!! 1 work his sucks in MC!!!!!

what else i learn here!! i really need to think ahead my brain!!! think twice better than other people!! but i glad to know 1 person!!! ah wang!! thanks to him!!!

IN Public Relation department

Okie!!! finally i edi at Pr department!! for the last 2 days ! what i need to do was newspaper cutting and filing!!!! gosh!! my mother god!!! damm dulan and damm sien!! quite miss the day in fo edi!!! haih

In pr get to know new collegue , like mohammad , wang , andrew and others lor!!
So now edi miss fo life!!! the life there is really dull and tiring need to go back at 6pm sien!!!!

nothing to write edi!! but will write something for all the world employees!!

1. Employment letter stated that working hour finish at 6.00 pm.

2. Work is never-ending process even you stay until next morning you will never
finish it.

3. Human are not robots even robots / machines have to rest or else it will facing
breakdown problems.

4. You love your career , but your family is even more important in your life.

5. If you failed in your life, you boss is not going to be the one who gives you a
helping hand whereas your family would definitely offer help.

6. You do not want to screw up or make your life miserable because of your job.

7. Monthly salary = work from 9.00am - 6.00 pm

If 6.30pm = $ 0.00 + 0 Bonus + 0 Ang pau + 0 Apreciation + bad health + bad social life + poor family relationship

Equal to : Unproductive employee + Performance drop + Company reputation drops + Retrenchment rate increases + Resignation rate increases

8. If the person who disagree to the above formulation,we think he/she is a loser who has no life, heartless, doomed workaholic, etc . He/ she deserves the " Best Employee Of The Year Award"

9. You don't give a damm if your boss fires you.

10. For the chines , remember this " House in the east no longer keep you , then just move to the west house "
