alright!!! blogs!! write again since i got time! hmm!! let see!! got 3 incident i would love to write about!!!
1st incident :
A woman , from govertment servant, suddenly pull out the door!!1 and request to see our hotel manager!! my GSE , was polited ask her what wrong and what the matter , she said : i do not want to talk to u!!wakau damm rude and really cant stand on her!! my GSE said wait a moment and she got the am on duty !! lucky she saw our f/o manager !! she talk so fucking loud and request my f/o to give her the room free orelse she will bring it to tribal court!! my manager only told her only can rebate for u !! nothing else v can do!! u 1 to sue then sue lor!! she complains : the iron and iron board cannot be use!! , call the operator and she is rude and dunno put through her where , need to wait very long!! lot of stupid complain!! worst thing is she anger at me said!! what is this hotel is it 5 star of what!! and if i cannot get my flight at 3pm u hotel kenna from me!!! worst thing was yesterday staff did not done their job!! now my GSE and bang Izhar cannot find the regs card cuz v need to tear off the pre-auth slip in front of guess!!! bang Izhar told her i promise i will tear off the paper and wont let it charge!! the lady is fucking angry and my GSE told me may be she come PMS !! means period!!! haha!!! wtf overall this lady is hard to serve!!! another am told us that v cannot give her free stay if not this case going to happen over and over again!!!
Incident 2 :
3 european guys come to our hotel with a happy feeling , one of them had came to malaysia few year ago and they stay at junior suite room due to our hotel is fullly book and no choice to upgrade their room with the same price!! so when they come in!! of course v are in low season!! room for executive still available so v will let them stay at the executive room!!! however later on , they complaint a lot of thing , this cannot that cannot!! make my GSE pissed off!!haha!! she is a executive really must know how to take responsibility and power!! she explain to the europeans ppl that!! sir when u check in on last year our hotel occupancy is high leave us no choice but upgrade ur room!! today v are running in low occupancy so sir if u want ur room face the kl view v can upgrade ur room to junior suite which is Rm 600++ different with the room u book which are exucutive room 400++!!
haha! sure they dont 1 !! so they will accept it whatever! my GSE infrom us !! this 3 matselleh want anything juz give them!!! she dun 1 serve them and if they dare complaint they gg!!! haha
Incident 3 :
2 singaporeans come to check in today!!! Suddenly , they want to check up on the day they check in and they are rushing back to singapore!! they call Mas operator , they told them air ticket was fully book!! they do not believe it!!! they will go to the KLIA and found out themself !!! So , they told diana to hold their room first , incase they cant take the plane , they will come back and stay!! Diana told them , I only can hold the room untill 7pm cuz be4 7pm i can charge u half day!!! over 7pm i have to charge u full day!! the customer say no a problem!! diana is damm pity !! suppose to go back at 5pm de cuz of this customer need to wait till 7pm!! cham!! i dun care la !!1 go back at 5 pm then ciaoz! is quite cool to let me see 3 incident with my open eyes!!! hehe quite a good experience
My lucky day !! was I was given a chance to standby at the hotel lobby to escort the prime minister to the ballroom! diana took me to go there!!! and standby!!! muahahaa!!! i really a lucky boy!!! diana also told me that!! Pm come to our hotel really like a king coming!!! red carpet!!! security damm lots!!! reporters and cameraman are standing by!!! geng!!!really want to thanks to diana.. she the 1 who teach me evthing and learn evthing!!
