He took over this problem and understand that what has going wrong with this customer! actually , her complaint is about the room is sucks , no hot water , fruit basket did not receive the 5 star service while she stayed at executive room , iron and iron board got problem and bath room got problem!! operator staff is rude!!! i dunno how our f/o manager handle it but i still think the legend hotel is lack of staff and is efficiency is low!!! !!
