My 2nd Cousin Wedding Dinner

Yesterday was a busy day for me ! Morning wake up then need to help my mom to clean the kicthen which had harvest my 2 hours time ! then I went to saloon to cut my hair !! After that, I want to sleep but my parents talk so super loud !! really irrating !!

around 5.30pm , we departure from my house because the restaurant was located Serdang!! super damm far !!! on the way ! we got lost a bit !! but finally reach there at 6.20pm!

when we reach, I was shocked because other company annual dinner was held on the same day too !! and there are jockey parking staffs which eagerly want to help u to park !! damm we need to give tips too ! lol !

Help my cousin to move the alcohol drinks and other stuff !! then we started to talk and chat ! for Lee family we have 7 tables !! can imagine I dunno have how many cousins actually !! over 20 or over 30 ? I have no idea!! many New faces !!! haha !!

then we gossip since we so long didt see each other !! and I also saw one of my cousin sis which have grown up !! she did change a lot !! but still got the same look when she was small but people change drastically !! may be education problems !! hopefully she will be doing fine !! anyways, was glad and happy because I really think I have a lot of cousin should consider a big family gua !!! or someone might more than us !! haha !

then today ! really no mood to do homework but I able to check and rewrite my ITR only !! god !! stomachace and headache and other sickness also coming !! make my life miserable, sucks, sickening and so on ! appreciation go to stephie as this was her quotes !! haha !

THE LAST DAY OF HOLIDAY WEEKS

It has been 2 week since my holiday started ! I definetely had a confession to make !! Am i happy or am i sad !! erm... can say I in the emo mood !!

The last day of my exam, I really delighted !! but I'm feeling not well and get sick on the other day! Before that , I went to TGI Friday with my friends !! It was enjoyment moment of my lifetime since I had a lot of pressure at college!!

Then, I had plenty of date need to fulfill but I never success 1 .... because I got a lot of party invitation !! first was christmas eve !! suppose plan to yam cha and have a cup of hot chocolate at curve starbuck ! but at the end elaine and wai kit go sanctuary bar !!! gg !! never plan on going club that night !! as I just recover from fever !! phew ! that night was spectacular !! as normal, there will be a lot of leng lui lor and I forgot their names but they are sexy and hot !! haha but sadly I no mood to entertain them!! all was introduce by elaine !!! and ai yin ffk us !! we thought something happen to them !! haha !! but one thing!! never never ever ever go club at special days like chritsmas eve and new year eve !! is fucking pack like hell !! move also need to say plenty of time !! + I too blur till wai kit and I being fool by the girls !! I need to reach home as I got another party at 7pm!! gosh !! quickly ta pau the unfinish food as we really bring a lot of food like curry chicken , spagatthi bolognaise , mihun , pan cake, jelly , harshbrown , potato salad , chocolate cookies , sweet , Kajang satay (awesome) , mini cakes , ice cream !! I think that all !! haha !! forgot some may be!!!

Reach home at 6.30pm , quickly bath and change clothes !! still reach my friend home at 7.15pm !! damm !! as usual !! they were going to start talking crap to me !! why I late !! go date girl or whatever !! too busy la !! explain also no used to them !!! but my dinner meals is extravagance because we had scallops , prawns , chicken , lamb and some special sauce made by Jeff and also a special mocktail made by Jeff gf !! reallly a tasty and delicious but I got a bit of full that time !! not really have the appetite to eat !! so I still get critic by them !! so delicious and nice food why I didt eat !! sien !! then we chat lor because all are high school friend !! some had change some are the same !! that me !! the old uncle sam !! never change !! still like to fool around !! haha ! Ppl will change according to environment !! why didt I !! haih !! really a sad question !! 25 of december christmas really a happy and memoriable day for me !!! even I tired the whole day !! really I enjoy the moment !!!

1st day in CATERING SALES

Today my 1st day in catering sales!!

The thing the trainee won't do! is punctuality ! the first date of my new department I late!

Not because of sleep late or jam! i woke up at 7am but reach office 9.15am! so It was the ktm fault! i can't enter the train as it was fully packed like sardine!!!

haih! nvm dun care about it !

Catering sales ! first as i know I going to assist sebastian who are the catering sales manager ! and miss audrey going to teach me how was it to be done ! and i get to know puan aslam , madam rose , encik anuar , encik fauzi , miss zairanah , and the director of catering sales Mr. Indran !!

1st day! quite confuse + complicated !! a lot of paper work to do ! and need to remember a lot of thing! follow up customer or whatever thing !!! many memorization! but u work long enough ! u will be able to tell what is true and what is false !!

So first day they very nice compare to my previous boss!! haha mr.panda!
they try to be friendly ! first day i do all the light job!!

Sometimes, i dunno whether i lucky or bad lucky! each time i went to department , the staff sure went away and i going to replace the staff and make me a lot of burden! assist manager !! haih ! example! first day of training! i go to meeting with the catering sales manager along with banquet , chef , audio visual , artist , florist , account!

1 things to say catering sales - PAPERSWORK DAMMMM A LOTT!!!! i need to put more effort in catering sales since i will be there less than 1 month! haha! gambateh!!

MISSION IMPPOSIBLE

Yesterday story !!! why i said so!! why!!! do you know why! !

I need to finish up 2 days newspapar clipping !! that means need to read 28 newspaper of include of english and chinese!! and then file it into files!!!

Besides, I need to inform the artist to attend a dinner at 12 august at Legend College!! sob!!

No yet finish! I need to finish 35 sets of releases and cover letter!! which were , di atas brasserie , berisi lounge , museum , gen !!! sob!! need to photocopy and paste!!

Who the hell going to helpppp!!! me !!!

ok !! let see how i accomplish my mission ! I will make the impposible thing become possible! I believe in self commitment ! V can make it faster and correctly !

From 9.30 - 1pm ! i able to finish up 2 days newspaper clipping!! ok that good !!

OPPSSS!! ??$#%%# forgot to teach wang and wesley to do the newspaper clipping!! as i transfer to catering sales !

after lunch! 2pm i cont my work cuz VMD now got lot of work to do!

3pm! ok - I started to teach wang and wesley the step and the procedure ! I hope i manager to make them understand what the panda need ! !

4pm - need to rush my 35 sets of release and cover letter!! i so F***** concentrated till told wang do not disturb me!! because i want to finish it be4 6pm!!

finally I able to finish it!! haha ! thanks god! Is really a unbelievable experience for me !! because THIS SUPPOSE TO BE A 4 OR 5 DAYS WORK !! I ABLE TO FINISH IN 2 HOURS!!! MAY BE BECAUSE OF FAMILIARIZATION!! HAHAHHAA

Really proud to myself! cannot think I finins! but however! I feel my right hand is weaken!1 or can said i cant hold anything on my right hand!! it really like handicaped ppl edi!! very very no strength!

1 more thing - i feel sorry for my brother ! sia chong seng! sory ya!! haha!! haha! dun get mad!! chill ! and cool! alwiz be my best bro!!!

30 days in Public Relations!!! Nightmare of mine!!

gosh!!! is 30th edi!! omg!!! so fast!!! time flew like a "tik" from my finger!! haih!!!

In PR department!!! make me stress a lot but it did make me learn a lot of thing!! since i was the PR assistant !! so i need to master a lot of thing!!! It not that really cool to work under panda policy!! SOP is fucking a lot! make ppl crazy like hell!!

oK!! let me think!!! for the past 30 days !! i done a lot of thing!!! like see for example!! Father's day celebration at lobby of hotel !! is a competition of cake decoration between fathers!!! i incharge for taking photo of this event!!! and when the event finish!! got 1 customer want his photo!! so i incharge of sending this letter to this customer!! as your info!! the hotel dun have format or never try to send a photo to customer be4!!! gosh!! i need to think by myself!!!! haha!!!! very easy!!! lucky i learn how to write formal letter at taylor's college!!! hehe!! ( helping taylor's to promote!!!) even though is wrong !! quite happy cuz evthing is done by me!!!

Beside that!!! i also follow andrew be4 for taking a photoshooting of indian food!!! forgot the name edi but is a great exp!!! evthing is fake!! futhermore, the panda also invited professional photograher to shoot our menu and flyers !! i was amazed by the equipment that they use!!! really unbelieveable!!! i really happy to see that evthing in the picture is fake!! or can say being touch up but not know by ev1!! such a pity to the consumer who eat at there!!! haha!!!

I also incharge to become the photographer of the menteri of belia sukan and the royalty of Negeri Sembilan!!! minister of sports is a so so thing!! the most amazing thing is royalty!! i manage to see the king not more than 100 m!! is very very close!!! haha!! amazing to become a low class photographer even i dunno what the hack i doing !!! too many photographer and video camera all over the lobby and around hotel!!!

As a Pr assistant !!! I do need a lot of thing beside newspaper clipping!! Total got 15 papers but i only read 10 papers!!! I need to focus on hotel line , airlines, cruises , and tourism news!!! after that cut and paste lor !!! then need to paste it on the wall for our hotel news and also need to do filing!! hmm!!! the file got lots!! such as!!! " internal , Competitor, general , magazine, forms, general correspondent, morning briefing , quotation , F & B, newsletter , arts, purchase requisition, releases, Acknowledgment, and whatever the file i forgot!!! each file differently of course !! need to memorize!!

whenever F & B ppl give me Pr form! i need to chop ev sheet of them!!! red sheet give back to F & B , the white and blue give panda sign and then give to VMD department meaning!! designer department!! yet!! whenever i raise a PR form! if havent job done!!! i let gm sign first ,then panda after that give to purchasing department!!! if it is job done!! same thing give gm, panda , financial controller and lastly purchasing!! and i only can give to purchasing ev morning 10.30am only!!! thats their manager policy i think!! so babai!!!

beside I also incharge of finding charity organisation to our hotel!!! i finally know calling ppl to send something to u will take a long time!! other than that!! the hotel releases like vietnamese food promotion is write by me and other releases like cake and forgot liao also done by me!! i need to know how to fold and paste it to the envelope, i also do releases like write about the new band that coming to our hotel!!!

I also one of the office boy!!! cuz need to send a lot of document to ev department!! hehe !!! saturday alternative off and department attendance also need to be done by me!!!! so I dun I a Pr traineee but a Pr assistant!! overall lot of thing happen in PR department!!! i hope i can recall it back then i will rewrite again!!! all the best to all my friend who are study or training!!! gambateh!!! love u all

The "Stylish" Enormous Panda Mngr

OKie!!! it was such a long time i didt write blog edi!! erm the second week i edi work for 7days!!!!

Let me flash back what happen for the 14days of work in PR.

As I remember , the first thing, I need to do was cut newspaper !! around 8 to 10 papers i had to cut!!! after that need to prepare cover letter and release for magazine for 15 publishers and date line was every month before 15 and for newspaper , it had 20 publishers and need to send out be4 23 every month!!

For the 14 days, I experience the toughness of PR assistant work!! It really a lot of work to do !! and it can't be finish!!

beside , I also incharge of finding 1o charity organisation!! during Hari Raya Rambatan our hotel might invite them to come over!!

yea!!! i also learn how to handle PR form!!! purchase requisition form!! need to send to who , send to which department!!!

1 bad thing is the panda is crazy, he overwhelmed by power or can say he hungry of moppiing the shoes to become white and shinning sparkling!! loves to show his power!!! scold the wrong ppl!!! 1 work his sucks in MC!!!!!

what else i learn here!! i really need to think ahead my brain!!! think twice better than other people!! but i glad to know 1 person!!! ah wang!! thanks to him!!!

IN Public Relation department

Okie!!! finally i edi at Pr department!! for the last 2 days ! what i need to do was newspaper cutting and filing!!!! gosh!! my mother god!!! damm dulan and damm sien!! quite miss the day in fo edi!!! haih

In pr get to know new collegue , like mohammad , wang , andrew and others lor!!
So now edi miss fo life!!! the life there is really dull and tiring need to go back at 6pm sien!!!!

nothing to write edi!! but will write something for all the world employees!!

1. Employment letter stated that working hour finish at 6.00 pm.

2. Work is never-ending process even you stay until next morning you will never
finish it.

3. Human are not robots even robots / machines have to rest or else it will facing
breakdown problems.

4. You love your career , but your family is even more important in your life.

5. If you failed in your life, you boss is not going to be the one who gives you a
helping hand whereas your family would definitely offer help.

6. You do not want to screw up or make your life miserable because of your job.

7. Monthly salary = work from 9.00am - 6.00 pm

If 6.30pm = $ 0.00 + 0 Bonus + 0 Ang pau + 0 Apreciation + bad health + bad social life + poor family relationship

Equal to : Unproductive employee + Performance drop + Company reputation drops + Retrenchment rate increases + Resignation rate increases

8. If the person who disagree to the above formulation,we think he/she is a loser who has no life, heartless, doomed workaholic, etc . He/ she deserves the " Best Employee Of The Year Award"

Ceo , fcuk me cuz i didt clear the breakfast !!! mcb!!! not my fault , me and diana edi tell steward to come at 11.30am cuz the owner came to have his breakfast at 11am, mcb!! scream at me laugh for fck!!! mcb!! sei fei po!! nvm juz put in it my mind! next time must call the mother fcuk stupid steward ppl to come on time!! sien!!! walk slow , clear also slow!!! then something wrong with the room 1218 and 1219

one of the staff , kersevan, collected Rm1500 depo from the guest while this guest is fully paid by his friend Rm 756.oo nett yest!!! so meesssy !! make diana so frustrated and in bad mood 1!! she thought it was izhar and emran fault!! phew lucky legend crest staff didt did any wrong thing!! cool!1 i go 1218 check whether the room is occupied!!! great !!! nothing is ppl stay at there!!

cool, when i was on my way to have my lunch suddenly!!! saw the datuk!!! i suppose to escort him to room cuz diana told me be4!! then i faster turn back and run back to the lounge!! haha!!! lucky i was there to help diana to escort him!!! escort nvm lor!! got benefits haha!!! i got RM5 tips!! hehe!!! cool man!! after that juz chill and go eat !!! then I go have lunch and buy a japanese version of coca cola !!! hehe!!!

then what I was wanted to say is !! Penang food promotion and is launched by tan sri tuan lim guan eng!! haha!! cool!!! i also got chance to follow diana and mr.raj to check the penthouse which cost Rm6000.00++ a night!!1 cool rite!!! damm yeng!!! unbelieveable!!!

A day with Restaurant and bar manager , Mr.Warren

Memorable , Fascinating , Interesting

Quite long time i did't write my blog edi!!! Here sure got something i wolud like to write on and share about!!!

First thing What i remember was Mr.Asad gave me Rm100 tips !!! + other tips i think i got Rm130 gua!!! hehe!!! quite a good thing happen to me!!! later on is Miss monica , she is mr.taimur right hand woman!!! she represent the asian!!! quite a big position she have!! hehe f*ck!!! damm Fu*k!!! dulan !! i really forgot what i want to write edi!! got plenty of things wanna write and split it out!!! sien!!

most memorable is me and my executive , diana v check 25rooms in 1 hour 30 min times!!! is reallly an unforgettable experience!!! i think i really get some knowledge over here!!! staff here is OK and friendly to me since i was trainee!!!
the time with diana was such a rush!! as she mention this guest is tourism malaysian board ppl coming in!!! that why we have to make sure the 100% ok and evthing is perfect to them!! hotel business is depend on them!!! I check the 25 bathroom make sure evthing is ok and 1 thing must make sure is NO FU*KCing hair inside the bathroom however i check 99% of room got hair!!! wtf the housekeeping ppl doin!!! gth la ask them!!! safety box have to check as customer normally hand dunno what happen!!! must touch and make it lock!! I saw different types or room and quite understand what the hotel do for business and my exe also told me some tips whenever i stay at hotel!! haha!! later on some weird things happen to me and exe!!! whenever we wannna go to the floor to check the room!! the lift will automatically press the floor number!!! gosh!!! sob!!! really got ghost meh!!! sien!! better let me see u be4 i kill u!!! haha

Others day I rememeber I with Mr.Ravi , legend worldwide manager!!! really a cool guy!!! speakable person who can make u satisficed!!! superb fun and enjoyable i able to see 2 apartment bedroom !!! really a lucky guy!!!

consider lucky!! hold on first!! hehe , My executive , diana also treat me KFC the day after 2morow !!! such a luckable day!! haih really a remarkable day for me!!!

Working there is really quite fun and can say is win win situation!! even no money was paid!! but my executive still treat me many things and belanja me lots!!! then muhu also treat me mcd 2morow later on!! 2 days being treat by ppl!!! really want tothanks to all of them!! really like sister and brother who are teaching me and i hope i can make them understand i really appreciate them whatever they done!!

From muhu infomation , he told me one taylor students is acting rudes and stupidness at the training!! why have to be someone think he was the god of the world and he knew evthing which understimate ppl who have working for 10 years++ but only they dont have any certificate!!! I should say respect la!!! cb kia!! so marvellous better go do your own business and no need to study anymore !!!

ENLIGHTED DAY

Today is a special day to me!! 2 days ago !! i met our hotel guest , Miss Monika from japan but born in taiwan!!! I bring her to buy the reload card cuz she dunno where to buy and never use malaysian handphone be4!!! alright that the little part with miss Monika !!!

Today Miss Monika introduce me her brother !!! Mr. Tom chang!! U guys wont believe what he told me later on!!!

Firstly , he asked me how old am i!! then he start talking to me!!! He say when i turn 30 years old , i will serious in work and will sucecess!!! beside i got lot of good fate with people and worker!! he say finding a job for me is not a problem!!! then he also said i got a of love fate!!! lots of girl will look for me even i not looking for them!! haha not all la but got some!! hehe

This uncle really enlighted me!! beside i think he know how to see the fate of people!!! he also told me to read a book call president but got lion heart!! author is yang chang shou!! taiwan famous hotelier!!!

Today quite lucky cuz this uncle enlighted me !! he teach me how to become a man!!! tq learn a good lesson today!!!

3 incident and my lucky day

alright!!! blogs!! write again since i got time! hmm!! let see!! got 3 incident i would love to write about!!!

1st incident :
A woman , from govertment servant, suddenly pull out the door!!1 and request to see our hotel manager!! my GSE , was polited ask her what wrong and what the matter , she said : i do not want to talk to u!!wakau damm rude and really cant stand on her!! my GSE said wait a moment and she got the am on duty !! lucky she saw our f/o manager !! she talk so fucking loud and request my f/o to give her the room free orelse she will bring it to tribal court!! my manager only told her only can rebate for u !! nothing else v can do!! u 1 to sue then sue lor!! she complains : the iron and iron board cannot be use!! , call the operator and she is rude and dunno put through her where , need to wait very long!! lot of stupid complain!! worst thing is she anger at me said!! what is this hotel is it 5 star of what!! and if i cannot get my flight at 3pm u hotel kenna from me!!! worst thing was yesterday staff did not done their job!! now my GSE and bang Izhar cannot find the regs card cuz v need to tear off the pre-auth slip in front of guess!!! bang Izhar told her i promise i will tear off the paper and wont let it charge!! the lady is fucking angry and my GSE told me may be she come PMS !! means period!!! haha!!! wtf overall this lady is hard to serve!!! another am told us that v cannot give her free stay if not this case going to happen over and over again!!!

Incident 2 :
3 european guys come to our hotel with a happy feeling , one of them had came to malaysia few year ago and they stay at junior suite room due to our hotel is fullly book and no choice to upgrade their room with the same price!! so when they come in!! of course v are in low season!! room for executive still available so v will let them stay at the executive room!!! however later on , they complaint a lot of thing , this cannot that cannot!! make my GSE pissed off!!haha!! she is a executive really must know how to take responsibility and power!! she explain to the europeans ppl that!! sir when u check in on last year our hotel occupancy is high leave us no choice but upgrade ur room!! today v are running in low occupancy so sir if u want ur room face the kl view v can upgrade ur room to junior suite which is Rm 600++ different with the room u book which are exucutive room 400++!!
haha! sure they dont 1 !! so they will accept it whatever! my GSE infrom us !! this 3 matselleh want anything juz give them!!! she dun 1 serve them and if they dare complaint they gg!!! haha

Incident 3 :
2 singaporeans come to check in today!!! Suddenly , they want to check up on the day they check in and they are rushing back to singapore!! they call Mas operator , they told them air ticket was fully book!! they do not believe it!!! they will go to the KLIA and found out themself !!! So , they told diana to hold their room first , incase they cant take the plane , they will come back and stay!! Diana told them , I only can hold the room untill 7pm cuz be4 7pm i can charge u half day!!! over 7pm i have to charge u full day!! the customer say no a problem!! diana is damm pity !! suppose to go back at 5pm de cuz of this customer need to wait till 7pm!! cham!! i dun care la !!1 go back at 5 pm then ciaoz! is quite cool to let me see 3 incident with my open eyes!!! hehe quite a good experience

My lucky day !! was I was given a chance to standby at the hotel lobby to escort the prime minister to the ballroom! diana took me to go there!!! and standby!!! muahahaa!!! i really a lucky boy!!! diana also told me that!! Pm come to our hotel really like a king coming!!! red carpet!!! security damm lots!!! reporters and cameraman are standing by!!! geng!!!really want to thanks to diana.. she the 1 who teach me evthing and learn evthing!!
