Today is a special day to me!! 2 days ago !! i met our hotel guest , Miss Monika from japan but born in taiwan!!! I bring her to buy the reload card cuz she dunno where to buy and never use malaysian handphone be4!!! alright that the little part with miss Monika !!!
Today Miss Monika introduce me her brother !!! Mr. Tom chang!! U guys wont believe what he told me later on!!!
Firstly , he asked me how old am i!! then he start talking to me!!! He say when i turn 30 years old , i will serious in work and will sucecess!!! beside i got lot of good fate with people and worker!! he say finding a job for me is not a problem!!! then he also said i got a of love fate!!! lots of girl will look for me even i not looking for them!! haha not all la but got some!! hehe
This uncle really enlighted me!! beside i think he know how to see the fate of people!!! he also told me to read a book call president but got lion heart!! author is yang chang shou!! taiwan famous hotelier!!!

3 incident and my lucky day
alright!!! blogs!! write again since i got time! hmm!! let see!! got 3 incident i would love to write about!!!
1st incident :
A woman , from govertment servant, suddenly pull out the door!!1 and request to see our hotel manager!! my GSE , was polited ask her what wrong and what the matter , she said : i do not want to talk to u!!wakau damm rude and really cant stand on her!! my GSE said wait a moment and she got the am on duty !! lucky she saw our f/o manager !! she talk so fucking loud and request my f/o to give her the room free orelse she will bring it to tribal court!! my manager only told her only can rebate for u !! nothing else v can do!! u 1 to sue then sue lor!! she complains : the iron and iron board cannot be use!! , call the operator and she is rude and dunno put through her where , need to wait very long!! lot of stupid complain!! worst thing is she anger at me said!! what is this hotel is it 5 star of what!! and if i cannot get my flight at 3pm u hotel kenna from me!!! worst thing was yesterday staff did not done their job!! now my GSE and bang Izhar cannot find the regs card cuz v need to tear off the pre-auth slip in front of guess!!! bang Izhar told her i promise i will tear off the paper and wont let it charge!! the lady is fucking angry and my GSE told me may be she come PMS !! means period!!! haha!!! wtf overall this lady is hard to serve!!! another am told us that v cannot give her free stay if not this case going to happen over and over again!!!
Incident 2 :
3 european guys come to our hotel with a happy feeling , one of them had came to malaysia few year ago and they stay at junior suite room due to our hotel is fullly book and no choice to upgrade their room with the same price!! so when they come in!! of course v are in low season!! room for executive still available so v will let them stay at the executive room!!! however later on , they complaint a lot of thing , this cannot that cannot!! make my GSE pissed off!!haha!! she is a executive really must know how to take responsibility and power!! she explain to the europeans ppl that!! sir when u check in on last year our hotel occupancy is high leave us no choice but upgrade ur room!! today v are running in low occupancy so sir if u want ur room face the kl view v can upgrade ur room to junior suite which is Rm 600++ different with the room u book which are exucutive room 400++!!
haha! sure they dont 1 !! so they will accept it whatever! my GSE infrom us !! this 3 matselleh want anything juz give them!!! she dun 1 serve them and if they dare complaint they gg!!! haha
Incident 3 :
2 singaporeans come to check in today!!! Suddenly , they want to check up on the day they check in and they are rushing back to singapore!! they call Mas operator , they told them air ticket was fully book!! they do not believe it!!! they will go to the KLIA and found out themself !!! So , they told diana to hold their room first , incase they cant take the plane , they will come back and stay!! Diana told them , I only can hold the room untill 7pm cuz be4 7pm i can charge u half day!!! over 7pm i have to charge u full day!! the customer say no a problem!! diana is damm pity !! suppose to go back at 5pm de cuz of this customer need to wait till 7pm!! cham!! i dun care la !!1 go back at 5 pm then ciaoz! is quite cool to let me see 3 incident with my open eyes!!! hehe quite a good experience
My lucky day !! was I was given a chance to standby at the hotel lobby to escort the prime minister to the ballroom! diana took me to go there!!! and standby!!! muahahaa!!! i really a lucky boy!!! diana also told me that!! Pm come to our hotel really like a king coming!!! red carpet!!! security damm lots!!! reporters and cameraman are standing by!!! geng!!!really want to thanks to diana.. she the 1 who teach me evthing and learn evthing!! THANKS YOU DIANA JAY

2 days blogs , conflict , relationship , maturity , patientcy
Yesterday, what I could remember was after I reach the legend crest and I work no more than 1 hour , start fighting edi , the guest who juz pull out the door and screamed said : can i speak to your manager!!!
unbelieveable , my guest service executive also cannot earn respect from her!!! juz push my GSE to get the people who incharge to solve this complaint!! finally diana found our F/o manager , Mr. shamreen!! He took over this problem and understand that what has going wrong with this customer! actually , her complaint is about the room is sucks , no hot water , fruit basket did not receive the 5 star service while she stayed at executive room , iron and iron board got problem and bath room got problem!! operator staff is rude!!! i dunno how our f/o manager handle it but i still think the legend hotel is lack of staff and is efficiency is low!!! !!
overall this dramatic type is the most fascinating thing you can see in the hotel evday!!! thursday I cant go to conceirge as they have too many staff already and diana will arrange me back to Legend Crest!!
hehe later diana teach me to do posting and do balancing!!! balacing is v need to print out a paper that contain the whole day cash flow and credit card sales and then v need to balance with other paper to make sure it is deli!!! when do posting , we will put the money into remuitable of funds envelope and v need to use stalumtape as v do not want anybody to change our money !!! I think i learn all of it for wednesday !!!
haih!!! today is wed feel like waanna go watch movie de!!!! when i wanna go back !!! rain cats and dogs , diana ask me to wait awhile be4 go back as I don't have umbrella!!
OK now the worst part in my life appear edi!!! KTM the fucking cheapest transportation and 2 station only that could reach my house took approximately 10 min to reach kepong , however i end 2 hours only can reach kepong!! from 5.30- 7.30 !! dulan like shit !!!
nvm once go back i ask my younger brother to accompany me to go swimming !! v swam for few round then get up and ciaoz!!! Feel sohai edi this few days always go jeff house after dinner!!! I should stay with my mom and talk to her!!! cham going to be gay with him edi!!! fuck up!!!
Alright now is talking about thursday !!! evthing seem nothing happen!! woke up early and go market to buy some breakfast to eat!!! after that lucky mom fetch me go there!!! so i save up 15 min time to walk to Ktm ! yesterday reach liao guest is so little !! Not that much !!
lunch i ate pizza hut with muhu!! he really a experience guy that i can learn something from him for sure!! i just eager to learn and always ask question!!! after lunch i go conceirge , I spend my time around 30 min to learn something!!! it did!!! i did learn somthing!!! overall nothing special!!
today went back 2gether with diana!! after that , keeen sms me whether want to go clubbing!1 haah sorry no mood la!! and worst part i fucking have to wait for the train for 1hours edi piss off!!! 2 days like that dulan like shit!!1 keen somemore want to gek me!! sob sob!1 nvm is not his fault btw!! i edi became smart!! i gamble wit god!! i took seremban train to kl central to wait the train to come!! haha finally I won over the god!!

Today woke up at 8.30am , like usual time , lazy to wake up!! go market , saw swee ling and going to plan to watch love movie with her!!! only she can accompany!!! guys cannot count on!!! ling jie always my best friend !!!
reach home, watch tai ji drama again haha!! made a promise to myself edi , did not want to be late again to legend!! feel paiseh cuz evtime i almost reach there 5 min earlier when suppose to be there 15 min earlier!!! haih cham!!!
today i go to operator 1st!!! see what they have finally let me get the hotel list tel list!!! haha almost can get ev ppl position!!! 2morow may be i will go operator to see what thing i can do!! hehe !!! overall nothing i do at operator!!! cuz was waste my fucking time overthere doin nothing !!! waste time!!
after that , take my lunch at cafeteria!! saw muhu and chat with him awhile , and now i only know cruise life is not that easy to cope with!!! haih!!! suppose to plan a trip with ann, my bro cum my sis!!! dunno leh !!! heard ,muhu said abit feel like dun1 to work at cruise anymore!!!

Time is 12:54am when i wrote this blog about yesterday what going on!!! haih!! as far as i remembered i still manage to flash back what was going on!!
Woke up at 8.30am , had breakfast with sion then went ktm by walking!! fucking hot and i always fucking late to there!! dulan edi and frustrated!!! I hope no more late to work anymore , even is my training!!! gosh!!!
ok , worst was i forgot to bring my locker key!!! cb!! i damm blur as doreen say me!! sien!!!! again make my tampered went high like a torpedo !!
later on , go operator department!! suppose I want to know what is going on overthere and see what kind of job they do!!! any speciality ?
answer is hell no!!! as far as i knew , the computer system called PABX control all the hotel systen like pc , internet , conncetion , call !!!!
beside they also have 1 machine that record data how many and what customer is calling about !!!! neither than that , they also used a pc as calling data , what ever call come in or come out will record on their system!!
other than that is operator job is just take phone call and transfer called to various department that required by the hotel guest!!!! operator and call center almost the same job!! but call centre main priority was to solve complaint!!! so whatever or so called don't care what fuck u 1 complaint , just go there!!
kak also told me that v also need to help receiption to fill up the guest profile!!! so need a lot of knowledge and also smartness!!! hehe!!! beside , they also have pager for each manager or postion which is high , where easy for the operator to contact them!! and also they need to write the breakfast voucher for the guest and write on a guest card and put voucher according the number of night and number of pax.
overcall ,operator can learn in 1 day!! later on , i go back to legend crest to help diana!!! hehe!! she really a good superior for me!! and based on her 6 years exp!!! really can learn a lot from a senior!!! lucky she take k of me!!! hehe!!!not say take k!! not bully me enuf liao !!! muahaha!!!

The fifth day = last day at Legend Crest
Now is 1.00am!!! freaking dulan!! just now dota make me i 1 to kill ppl and cut them into pieces!! cb internet cb!!! computer!! wadafak!!! waste my fucking money and fucking energy!!!! frustrated like shit!!!
Today was my last day!!! again!!! cb!! i late again due to ktm today is delayed!! sien!!! went there saw kak wahidah busy serving the price of oman!! hehe today again i able to serve him!! quite a honour even he was low profile!!! 15 days he had to pay up to Rm 40000!! unbelieveable!!! fucking rich!!
later on bang izahar came edi!! chit chat with him and share some businesss minded opionion!!! haha!!!! wadafak v talking about is P&C!!! knew the staff at legend crest make me know how the operations runs!!! quite impressing !! politic of the company , among workers!!! damm lots!!! legend hotel curreny lack of staff!!! making ev department is headache and stresS!!! today i again try the food for the customer !!!eat untill i dont have appetite!!! quite sien and dulan !!! 5pm i go break!!! i dunno where i should go

My Fourth day in legend crest
Yesterday was my fourth day!!! gosh !!holymama!! i got there at 11.55pm !!! damm shit!! really bored of doing my internship!!! quit or not! haha!!! sien!!!
erm!!! yest diana and me just chit chat overthere! no customer at all!!! sien!!! then late afternoon diana bring me to go visit executive room and junior suite room!! each room is big and nice!! executive deluxe room got 3 tv ! cant believe rite!! hahaha!! damm rich the people who staying here!!
erm... I didt rest yesterday cuz i want to wait till go back then have dinner at home!! after that , diana called me and ask me come to reception , cuz she wanted to show me !! the room that i asked : tokapi and marilyn mooroe penthouse!!! hehe
Is marvellous and spectacular!! the room i view in pc is nice like shit!! tokapi style is arabian and carrabien style , marilyn mooroe more to her picture all over the penthouse!! hehe!!
while diana and me was viewing the room , the reception staff get scolded by the guest!! he was so fucking stupid !!! diana was beside , he don't want to ask !!! he settle himself !!! cuz he dunno what the guest want and he dunno how to answer the guest!!! icident was like this!! legend crest customer promotion rate is Rm220 , now the guest got 80% disc voucher!!! the guest ask him disc 80% means I only paid Rm44 , but the staff said no no , you need to pay Rm120+... the guest ask him how you calculate the Rm120!!! haha!!! he blur for so long!!! then only figure out that guest who had voucher cannot use the promotion rate but must use the publish rate or called rack rate Rm600 , 80% then will become Rm120!!!! such a stupid ppl and happy to see this icident happen.
8.30Pm reach home , ate my dinner then go watch movie with sion and his parents!!! Iron man movie is just so so!! not much of interesting!!! hehe!!! after that v go yam cha!! yesterday I receive an unpredictable sms!!!! sy sms me said happy belated birthday!! unbelieveable!!! ya she fine now , glad to hear she ok and happy!! for me same too!! single also best !! haha!!! couple too many thing to think liao!!!
erm!!! yest diana and me just chit chat overthere! no customer at all!!! sien!!! then late afternoon diana bring me to go visit executive room and junior suite room!! each room is big and nice!! executive deluxe room got 3 tv ! cant believe rite!! hahaha!! damm rich the people who staying here!!
erm... I didt rest yesterday cuz i want to wait till go back then have dinner at home!! after that , diana called me and ask me come to reception , cuz she wanted to show me !! the room that i asked : tokapi and marilyn mooroe penthouse!!! hehe
Is marvellous and spectacular!! the room i view in pc is nice like shit!! tokapi style is arabian and carrabien style , marilyn mooroe more to her picture all over the penthouse!! hehe!!

MY THIRD DAY IN LEGEND CREST
Yesterday was my third day!!! erm!!! damm shit!!! i late for 15 min!!! i feel sorry about it!!! later on diana told me it was ok!! she remind me to remember to come 15 min earlier next time!!!
later on , diana bring me to the executive lounge !! Guest service officer is damm cham!!! they need to do housekeeping!!! inside the room got internet , minibar , sofa , and corridor . for the toilet they have bath tub , shower !!! every lucky to have a chance to see the executive lounge!!! hehe!!!! the sad part was v need to do the room inspection!!! like housekeeper when the seasoon is very very busy!!!
later on , again today v do nothing !!! no customer !! they told me whole morning only got 1 customer came !! cham!! i came to work in the low season!!! after tat !!! i go eat alone at the mall restaurant!! I ate claypot chicken rice!!! cham sian!!!!
be4 i went back diana give me some information about the front office !!! she really nice!! after tat kak wahidah taught me how to setup a cocktail hours!!!! need to put 4 bb plate and tong then need to put hanger. TOday i gotto learn man!!! hehe!!!

SUNDAY WITH NEW BORN SISTER
ermmm... today promise with my sis : a.k.a christina yee to go sing k and watch movie.. woke up at 7am.. then didt eat breakfast cuz thought can eat at neways there!!! then 9am morning call to my sis!! sound like dead cropse !! " Wei!!.... ar ...ar ... hmm...hmm..." tat wat my sis answer me!! haha .... dunno really woke up or not!! since i heard so many ar and hmm then believe lla!!! 10am my sis call me!! haha !! feel not rite!!! got bad feeling about it!!! still she answer " gor , can don't go sing k go watch movie !! haha i know it!!! tat girl too tired jo!! so nvm lor !! just watch movie!! i ask my friend go with me to buy ticket be4 is too late!! i want to buy middle seat!!! ppl is so crazy !! i reach there 11.30am!! no more seat edi !! i dun like so front to see!!! oni 1 choice!! last 2 places for couple seat! damm geng !! couple seat also last 2 left!!! watever lor ,,... buy it la!! then wait my friend finis eat their branch then i fetch them back and go home!!! damm tired actually!!
after bath , straight go ridzuan find my sis!! after v go watch the movie!!! talk crap with her on car !!! so funny and cute la sis !!! afer movie , go sunway !!! when v want go back is rain cats and dogs.. dunno how to go back!!! more important is !! sis go buy umbrella!! 1 is teddy bear yellowish colour and 1 is cinderella bluelish colour! and is so small!!! deng1!!! wet la if like tat!! but v want to go find our car!! something happen to us!!! damm funny!!!! muahaha !!! want to laugh at u only sis!!!

My cousin birthday
2nite was my cousin wedding day!!! my family and I reach there at 8pm. It was so crowded and chaos cuz is so packed. My cousin had resreve 70++table tat means 700 ppl.. the wedding dinner was so happening, every1 was so happy about it, and it was my second wedding dinner since the last month was my another cousin wedding.
This wedding dinner was very glamorous!! ev1 is happy and joyfulnesss!! and the mean was very wonderful and delicious. every dishes were mouth watering!! every1 is eating till the stomach full with food!! haha.
after the dinner, me and my parents helped my cousin counted the money from the ang pow give by relatives and friends. the total for the dinner is 39990.50 !!! v need to count many money! the ang pow is like a mountain!!! haha!! but overall , the night was a memorable nite!! below are the picture of the wedding day...
